Strong Thamesmead in Leyton rout
Thamesmead Town 4 Leyton 0
Thamesmead are on level points with three other teams at the top of the Ryman League Division 1 after a four goal rout at home to Leyton.
Andy Constable (right) fired Mead in to the lead just before half time on 40 minutes.
A dominant second half display with good passing football produced three more goals. Rikki Cable put Thamesmead 2-0 ahead on 59 minutes.
Growing in confidence with a two goal cushion, Nick Smith struck home just six minutes later before Cable bagged his second goal of the day to round of a strong home victory against a team who were unbeaten in their last three league matches.
Meanwhile, Thamesmead Town's youth team progress to the next round of the F.A. Youth Cup, overcoming North Greenford 2-1.

Mead condemned to Swift defeat
Haybridge Swifts 2 Thamesmead Town 0
Thamesmead slumped to their first defeat of the season on the road to Haybridge Swifts.
In a below par performance, The Mead were sunk with two goals just beore half time as debutant Sam Adejokam scored on 35 minutes before Nick Muier fired home to gain the points for the home side on 43 minutes,

Windsor & Eton rifle Mead out of cup

Thamesmead bow out of the F.A. Cup, losing 2-1 to Windsor & Eton.
After Rikki Cable put the Mead ahead on 8 minutes, a goal in each half from Windsor & Eton's Andrew Fagan ended The Mead's F.A. Cup dreams for this year.
