Thamesmead's charge for the U18s Kent Youth league title has been temporarily thwarted as this Thursday's game has been cancelled.
They resume their attempt at winng "the treble" against Erith Town on Sunday and then against Erith & Belvedere at Bayliss Avenue next Tuesday. Be sure to get there and lend them your support, kick off is at 7.45PM.

Thamesmead Town 2 Faversham Town 1
Thamesmead Town will be playing Ryman League football next year after clinching the Kent Premier Division Title by beating Faversham Town 2-1. Read more... and view highlights and celebrations.
Meanwhile, goals from Danzo, Willis and Hopkins ensured that the silverware keeps on rolling in at Bayliss Avenue as the U18 team lifted Kent County Cup by defeating Corinthian 3-0. Congratulations on a fantastic tdouble, hopefully the league will be won soon too.

Ahead of tomorrows match against Faversham Town at Bayliss Avenue, Manager Keith McMahon insists that Thamesmead can handle the pressure at the top of the Kent League.
Mead could clinch promotion tomorrow by beating Faversham, needing three points from the last two matches of the season to clinch promotion to the Ryman League.

Thamesmead U-18s 2 Tonbridge Angels U-18s 0
The under 18’s got through to the Kent County Cup Final on Monday when they beat Tonbridge Angels 2-0 at Longmead Stadium, with goals came from Daniel Willis and Emmanuel Danso.
The quest for more silverware continues this Sunday, with the Final being played at Faversham against Corinthian. Kick Off 3pm.

Watts delivers another Mead baby
Congratulation to defender Lou Watts and his wife who gave birth to a baby boy, Lewis, on Tuesday night.
Both mother and son are well and every one at Thamesmead would like to wish the family well.

Thamesmead Town 2 Beckenham Town 0
Thamesmead lifted the Kent Senior Trophy in dramatic fashion after beating Beckenham Town 2-0.
The main talking point of the game were the sendings off of two Beckenham plyers in the first half at a rain sodden Park View Road, Welling. Read more & watch highlights

Thamesmead Town reserves bought home more silverware to Bayliss Avenue after retaining the Division 1 title with a 1-0 victory at home to Cray Wanderers.
Meanwhile, as the first team prepare for tomorrows Kent Senior Trophy final, manager Keith McMahon won the manager of the month award for March, while Mead also won the Molten Golden Ball award for March by scoring the most goals.
