They don't care about the youth teams...

They shut down the senior u18s not giving them a pitch to train on.

They only focus on first team & reserves now they are in Ryman league.

Jiinny, you're talking out of your arse. U18 were in the FA Youth Cup tonight and there's U10, U13, U14 with lots more on the way. We'll have a full set up of youth from 8-18 within a few years.

Course it's going to be a new team, the U18s were successful last year and had reached the age limit and most play in the ressies this year. What do you expect?

No, the u18s team meant to be in Fa youth cup this year folded because they couldn't get enough players due to the management not doing anything to help. They had to train in a park when TTFC had a perfectly usable training pitch...

explain that. They have therefore used the first year u18s in the fa youth cup instead of the first years who were originally entered.

Jinny, sorry you are wrong, the management not doing enough to help, sorry the under 18's mamangement didn't do enough. They lost most of there players from last year to other clubs, he was only getting 6 players for training, and yes they did have to train over the park on a couple of Thursdays because the 1st team we playing matches on the ground, I told him I had a further 6 players for him, but they were training with the 1st team. Last year I found them somewhere to train at the school, also I let them train with the reserves on a Tuesday when the 1st team was not there, then I also did a training season for them with the 1st team, we gave them kits, even put the manager on a coaching course, but he left straight after he got his badge. Why should I pay or let them train at the ground when they still owed and still do owe the club £500 from last years subs not being paid. Also they left the club with a week before the season leaving us with a nice £400 fine. They didn't even have the decentcy to let me know they were leaving.

Okay I know about that all but I just feel I was gonna get in this season and have a proper well managed season with a well respected team, probably get into the reserves even if I was on the fringes and go on to play in the FA youth cup.

But also I see your point. Anyway we move on lol
