With table toppers Welling United winning 4-2 at home to Tonbridge Angels our boys kept the pressure up on the leaders by smashing Sevenoaks Town away at Greatness Park by 9-2 to remain favourites to clinch a dream treble. Despite trailing by a early Sevenoaks goal the 'oaks' were never a match for a rampent Mead outfit, despite being well below par. Chris Borchescu helped himself to a first half hat-trick with Brad Killick helping himself to a brace to give the lads a 5-1 interval lead.

The second half was much like the first with the mead missing enough chances to equal the goal tally for the whole season, for the record Killick added another two with Aaron Jeffery scoring his first goals of the season with a brace.

With four games remaining mead are still on target to take the title, they are at home again on Tuesday when they play the reverse fixture at home to Sevenoaks and return to Bayliss Avenue again Thursday night when they play Tunbridge Wells.
