Welling at home in the next round of the Trophy. Toughest test of the season?
Welling fan in peace here :)
Should be a cracker we could bring anything from 50-300 mayber more knowing us. Hows the development going? Has it changed from last season when we had you in the London Senior Cup? Best of luck for the season bar this game :D
Peter.
The stadium build is coming along slowly but surely!! We have a date of 28 January for completion (fingers crossed). The 3G pitches are now all laid and work is ongoing on the new clubhouse etc. Should be a great game on 26th, bring as many as you can on the day (we need the revenue!!!!)
May the best team win (hopefully us!!!!)
Oh thats great, are you allowed use of the new stand you were building yet? It was meant to be a 500 seater or something I heard. We sould take a fair few down, we're no starnger to needing extrs revenue...
It will be the Mead's toughest game of the season I feel, but sadly I will miss it as away in Scotland that weekend, unfirtunately the new stand is not ready for use yet, so we have the one behind one of the goals still and standing around the rest of the pitch. The new facility it is hoped should be ready in early 2012 but as has been stated, the 3G pitch is now fully laid and hopefully the club will be able to use it soon. I hope it is an entertaining game with the Mead having a go at the Wings, and hopefully the crowd will be at a good level too, we do need the revenue!!!!!
Up the Mead :-)
