Well heading towards the end of the week off work which has seen us doing a makeover of our daughter's bedroom, that had included me pianting the ceiling, then building all the Ikea furniture we bought, wardrobe, bookcase and bedside cabinet. Room almost complete now and it is looking good. There we go a start to the blog and no mention of football!!!!!
Not much happening it seems at the moment, all I have gleaned from Facebook, Twitter and Kentish Football, my prime sources, is that some of last year's sqauad and the Gaffa and others were away for a break and are now back in blighty. although I think Tozer is off to top up his tan again soon. ON the Kentish Football site it was reported that Stuart King who joined the Mead in February has now signed for Folkestone Invicta, we never really got the chance to see how effective Kingy would be due to injury but he did net a few goals, one at Faversham was a croker I was reliable informed. So that means that two strikers have no gone, so I hope the Gaffahas either found or is looking for some firepower!!!!! Also see on Facebook that the Gaffa is looking for a coach, if only I had some qualifications, but alas I don't!!!!
Champions League final was a lesson in passing and patience from Barcelona who outclassed Man Utd, and Swansea Ciity won the jackpot of a place in the Premier League through the play-offs, will be interesting to see how QPR, Norwich and Swansea fare. Also still not sure how work is progressing over at Bayliss Avenue still not had a walk, but need to stretch my legs soon.
