There a various reasons for the poor run of form and the Gaffer tried to reason with his note for today's game about the challenges and issues which both he and the committee, players and staff have had to deal with. The ongoing issues with the new development have not helped at all, the new facilities should have been ready for this season, but two contractors going bust have caused long delays, this has meants no training base for the 1st team, we had a good start to the season and up to the end of November were going along well. The team then suffered some key injuries and the weather and several postponed games did not help either. I will asmit there have been a few game recently where the Mead have not been at the races, but in others we have played well but had no breaks. Keith does alot more for the club than just manager the 1st team, he is supported by a great back room team and commitee, the club is still is my view, given the fan base we have punching above its wait. Frustrating the 2nd half of the season has been but for the good of the club, the manager must stay, and I hope that Keith does.
