Championship Manager 4th Round draw has given the Mead another home tie against Cray Wanderers to be played in early December according to the Goalrun website I use.
Good luck to the management and team for tomorrow's trip to Waltham Abbey, where I hope the Mead can get back to winning ways in the legue and keep up our play off push. Keith's interview after last week's game was excellent and did point out that looking at the table too closely at this time of the season can be the wrong thing to do, but if we keep picking up points then that should leave us well placed. No doubt, it will be another tough game but we seem to be performing with more freedom away from home at the moment. I expect that changes will be made from Tuesday, with Tozer, Mulholland and Patterson returning if all fit, and I was chatting briefly to Lea Dawson on Facebook last night, and although he was still not feeling great, he was hoping to be ok. Will try and keep an eye on the game via the videopriner on a non-league site which Kevin White pointed out to me last week. After tomorrow it is back to Bayliss Avenue on Tuesday evening for another battle with Heybridge Swifts, which should be a good game.
Up the Mead, cheers :-)
