Well done to the Mead for battling through, in the first half we were out played and could have been a few goals down, but were only 1-0 down. In the second half the Mead came out and had a go and got the scores level when a great cross from Ashley Proberts caused problems and fell for Gabs to knock it home. Both teams then had chances to win it, and I left before extra time and penalties as the cold was getting to my back and I am up at around 0530am most weekday mornings for work. Thanks to Mark for texting the final result and Sam Mott is begiining to get a reputations for stopping penalties. Be interesting to see what the challenge is in the next round.
