I will let Junior gives the full facts in his our unique style, but on a cold afternoon in South East London, The Mead were under a little bit of early pressure but came into the game more as the first half worn on, although it stayed 0-0 and in the second half the Mead began to get a grip on the game more and got a good goal at just the right team, a great cross and excellent header from Lee Barnett, a recent signing. The second goal game from a good passing move and Lea Dawson got on the end of the move to force the ball home for 2-0. The final goal was a cracker from the captian, LT, he strode forward and let fly and the ball ended up in the bottom corner for 3-0. A clean sheet, 3 goals and another 3 points, so on the Mead march and it keeps the season very much alive for the time being, Well done to all the team in green and white today.
