Well todays game I thought there would be drama but not as dramatic as it was. We did start off really slow absorbing preasure early doors and the comedy only just begun. A cheap foul was commited by us and all hell broke loose with one of the heybridge players being sent off for lashing out and everyone hurdled over and I felt like the little child being left behind in the playground.
So when the rave begun I sat down on the post watching the 2 teams argue nicely watching the comedy. Why did that, don't get involve in things like that im and adult let the children sort it out.
As a result to the foul I was depressed they scored ah man. As we kicked off again thou we took the game to them chances were being created and the anti depressents kick in and that was the positives.
In the second half we started lively although still being a goal down and the key to us wining the game was keeping the ball being patience and our rewards paid of with myself skying the ball in the air to AC and him laying off a delicious ball for Mr Perona to smash a low drive off the post and in Mead back in business.
Adding more pressure still playing trying to create more chances I think it was dawson trying to hold up the ball he was then brought down free kick 25 yards out. I won't lie I wanted to take it with my left foot and I said to Scot 'hit the target we will get something' because their keeper dropped eveything. Our just rewards payed off when scot hit the bar and the man in the right place right time AC scores again.
After swifly coming back from a goal down all we had to do is keep the ball and keep on applying pressure, giving credit to the other team they were still trying to work hard but the MIGHTY 3 MUSKATEERS at the back had a great day today digging deep and keeping the other team out from scoring again.
The comedy show begun again didnt really see that much but one of the heybridge players and Cable had alittle scrabble which resulted in both players being sent off with me being left at the playground again so I decided to do alitle showboating not that anyone took notice because of the comedy.
To some up todays events it was another great football match for the viewers it had everything and the greatest reward was that we had another 3 points and the dream is still alive. Oh nice seeing u colin thanks for the humour......
